Pork Chops

4 center cut pork chops
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbl brown sugar
1/3 c water
4 shakes Worchestershire sauce

Brown chops on both sides. Pour ingredients mix over chops. Simmer on LOW for 1 hour.

I like to serve this with brown rice and green beans or asparagus.
