Cottage Cheese Dip
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp dill weed
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with whole wheat crackers or fresh vegetables.
Yield: 8 servings
